CAD (2D):
We use 2D softwares such as AUTOCAD or CAXA to design mold structure.


CAD (3D):


We uses UG or Pro/E to design products, to creat and select accessories according to the processing requirements and then creat a  general assembly drawing.


EFD.Lab:


In order to reduce design disorderness, shorten the manufacture cycle and obtain an optimum design, EFD.Lab is applied in analyzing of infection flow simulation.  

 

CAM:


Cimatron is employed to ensure rapid and accurate tranfering of data from design to simulate processing  then to CNC machining.
